Discerning and Partnering with the Angels
In order to partner with angels, we must understand that they are present with us to work out God’s will on the Earth.
Main points:
We partner with Angels by declaring God’s word and purpose on the Earth.
The goal today is to both discern and partner with the Angels of God to exact His purpose in the earth. We know that when we declare God’s word, that the Angels respond
Psalms 103:20 - “Praise the LORD, you his angels, you mighty ones who do his bidding, who obey his word.”
Hebrews 1:14 - “Are not all angels ministering spirits sent to serve those who will inherit salvation?”
2 Samuel 9:7- “for I will surely show you kindness for the sake of your father Jonathan. I will restore to you all the land that belonged to your grandfather Saul, and you will always eat at my table.”
Declarations of Finances:
Those who seek the Lord shall not lack any good thing. (Psalm 34:9-10)
No good thing will He withhold from those who walk uprightly. (Psalm 84:11)
The desire of the righteous will be granted. (Proverbs 10:24)
He sets the poor on high, far from affliction, and makes their families like a flock. (Psalm 107:41)
Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above and it comes down from the Father. (James 1:17)
The Lord is my shepherd and I shall not lack. He makes me to lie down in green pastures. He leads me beside the still waters. He restores my soul … He prepares a table before me in the presence of my enemies. He anoints my head with oil and my cup runs over. Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life. (Adapted Psalm 23).
Ensure that you read at least one chapter of the Bible every day because the Gospel is another of our warfare weapons.
Combine reading the Word of God with speaking the Word of God because it is the sword of the Spirit that we are to wield to fight our spiritual battles.
Even if you are facing mind-boggling debts, do not utter self-defeating words of financial death, defeat or destruction as you will be agreeing with the enemy who is trying to destroy you economically.
Instead, confess positive Christian affirmations like:
I am blessed in the city and I am blessed in the country. (Adapted Deuteronomy 28:3)
I am blessed when I come in and I am blessed when I go out. (Adapted Deuteronomy 28:6)
I trust in the living God who gives me richly all things to enjoy. (Adapted 1 Timothy 6:17)
God gives me my food in due season. He opens His hand and satisfies my desire. (Adapted Psalm 145:14-16)
My sufficiency is from God. (Adapted 2 Corinthians 3:5)
My land/business/blog is yielding its increase and becoming profitable. (Adapted Psalm 85:12)
I am beginning to prosper and I will continue prospering until I become very prosperous. (Adapted Genesis 26:13)
The needy shall not always be forgotten and the expectation of the poor shall not perish. (Psalm 9:18)
He who did not spare His own Son, but delivered Him up for us all, how shall He not with Him also freely give us all things? (Romans 8:32)
Declarations to Have peace:
I declare the Lord is my peace in the midst of the storm. My mind is set on God, I am in perfect peace. I shall not be troubled nor be afraid, but I will trust in God because I have the peace of God like a river. This is my declaration.
Declarations for our Anointing:
“The Spirit of the Lord is upon me because He has anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor; He has sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised, To preach the favorable year of the Lord” (Luke 4:18-19).
On Mount Sinai, God “came from the ten thousand of holy ones, with flaming fire at his right hand” (Deuteronomy 33:2).
We also learn that “the chariots of God are tens of thousands and thousands of thousands” (Psalm 68:17 NIV).
When we come to worship, we come into the presence of “innumerable angels” (Hebrews 12:22).
John says, “I heard around the throne and the living creatures and the elders the voice of many angels, numbering myriads of myriads and thousands of thousands” (Revelation 5:11).
“He will give His angels charge of you to guard you in all your ways. On their hands they will bear you up, lest you dash your foot against a stone” (Psalm 91:11–12).
Matthew 18:10 seem to support the idea that individual people (or at least children) have guardian angels, “in heaven their angels always behold the face of my Father who is in heaven.”
They frequently bring God’s messages to people (Luke 1:11–19, Acts 8:26, 10:3–8, 22, 27:23–24).
They carry out some of God’s judgments, bringing a plague upon Israel (2 Samuel 24:16–17), smiting the leaders of the Assyrian army (2 Chronicles 32:21), striking King Herod dead because he did not give God glory (Acts 12:23), or pouring out bowls of God’s wrath on the earth (Revelation 16:1).
When Christ returns, angels will come with him as a great army accompanying their King and Lord (Matthew 16:27, Luke 9:26, 2 Thessalonians 1:7).
They patrol the Earth as God’s representatives (Zechariah 1:10–11).
They carry out wars against demonic forces (Daniel 10:13; Revelation 12:7–8).
John records that an angel “seized the dragon, that ancient serpent, who is the Devil and Satan, and bound him for a thousand years, and threw him into the pit. . .” (Revelation 20:1–3).
When Christ returns, an archangel will proclaim his coming (1 Thessalonians 4:16, see also Revelation 18:1–2, 21, 19:17–18, and other passages).
